Privacy Policy
This policy applies to data processed through the VPNBack marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It distinguishes account and transaction data, website analytics, and network connection information, and explains the purposes, retention principles, and request channels for each type of data.
Account Details and Order Records
VPNBack does not require an email address. Accounts can be created with a username and password, so a registration email is not required. The username identifies the account, while the password is stored in a verification format that cannot be directly reversed and is used to authenticate logins. Do not include personal details unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.
This service stores the selected plan, order amount, payment status, subscription status, and data usage to deliver subscriptions, verify payments, calculate usage, and provide support. Ticket contents are used to respond to questions and follow up on requests. When reporting a connection issue, provide only the necessary error message and conceal passwords, login credentials, and subscription links.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNBack does not record which websites users access through subscription routes. It does not store browsing content, destination URLs, or DNS query history, nor does it create browsing profiles that could be used to trace an individual’s activity. Account data usage is retained for billing and does not include destinations or content.
Connection logs are not retained persistently. Temporary session state needed to maintain a connection is processed only while the service is running and is released when the connection ends; it is not used to build a history of activity. Troubleshooting relies on aggregated operational metrics and diagnostic information submitted by users. Do not include complete browsing histories in diagnostic attachments.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics are handled separately from traffic on subscription routes. Analytics may include marketing page paths, referral categories, browser types, and page interactions. This information helps us understand content usage and identify website issues; it is not used to track browsing activity on subscription routes and should not include passwords or subscription credentials.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface settings. The user panel stores authentication information locally so that subsequent requests can verify your identity. Log out after using a shared device and clear site data when appropriate. Blocking or clearing essential storage may end your login session or reset preferences to their defaults, but does not delete account records from our servers.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or settlement network, whose data rules apply to that process. VPNBack uses order identifiers, amounts, and payment results to verify transactions. We do not ask users to provide payment account passwords or wallet private keys to customer support.
This service does not sell account details. Data necessary to process payments, operate infrastructure, or handle user requests may be processed by service providers responsible for those functions, and should be limited to what is needed to deliver the service. When disclosure is required by law, only data already held is handled as required by applicable rules; this policy does not mean that browsing logs will be created for that purpose.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to use the account and deliver the service. Order, settlement, and support records are retained as required for transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements; no single fixed retention period is promised. Website analytics are retained only as long as needed for analysis and maintenance, then deleted or de-identified when their purpose has been fulfilled.
To access, correct, or delete your data, log in to the user panel and describe the scope of your request through the support ticket portal. This service will verify control of the account before processing your request. Records that must be retained by law or relate to an unresolved matter may not be deletable yet; we will explain the reason. Any remaining data in backups is cleared through the normal replacement process and is not used for routine operations.
Policy Updates and Questions
If data purposes, processing scope, or ways to exercise your rights change, VPNBack will update this page and the month shown at the top. Changes that materially affect your rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, a policy update does not replace your consent.
If you have questions about how your data is handled, visit the customer service page for contact options or submit an account ticket. See the Terms of Service for service use and refund rules. This page covers privacy and data processing and does not replace transaction terms.
