Terms of Service

These terms apply to VPNBack's cross-border network acceleration subscription service. Before using the service, please review its scope, billing and refund rules. Creating an account or using the service means you accept these terms. If you have questions, contact support through a user panel ticket. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to users by law.

Service scope and billing

VPNBack provides international routes and network acceleration subscriptions, covering 110+ countries / 240+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Coverage does not mean every route is available at all times; see the user panel for routes currently available to you.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB; usage ends when the allowance is exhausted, and traffic never expires. Check the plan, traffic allowance and billing method before paying. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.

Accounts and subscriptions

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not post them on public pages or share them with others. If your subscription details are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and request assistance through a ticket.

The service has no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time and is intended for devices managed by the user. Device count does not incur an additional charge, but unlimited devices do not permit reselling, renting or publicly distributing subscriptions, or sharing an account with other users. Sign in to retrieve subscription details. They are available after signing in to Windows / macOS / Android / Linux clients; retrieval through the iOS entry point requires an active plan.

Lawful use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of the websites and apps they access. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access, malicious attacks or other unlawful purposes.

Do not disrupt route operations, damage systems, misuse accounts or send unusual automated requests that interfere with other users' normal use. Bank-grade encryption protects data in transit, but does not remove users' responsibility for the content they access or their actions, nor does it grant access rights to any destination platform.

Service availability and scope of responsibility

Connection performance may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device settings, the status of destination services and maintenance. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, and access to specific websites, AI tools or streaming services is not guaranteed in every region. Destination platforms determine their own regional access and account rules.

If you encounter an issue, try a backup route, check your client settings and submit a ticket. VPNBack will investigate issues within the service's scope. The handling of impacts caused by external network failures, changes to destination platforms or events beyond the service's control is subject to applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund requests

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a ticket, identifying the relevant order so the payment can be verified. Submit your request through the user panel ticket system.

You do not need to prove a connection issue before requesting a refund, and troubleshooting does not replace your option to request one. If additional order details are needed, we will ask for them through the ticket. Do not submit your account password or share subscription details publicly. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that order end. Disputes submitted after the period above will be handled under applicable law and the circumstances of the order. No separate refund processing time is guaranteed.

Account termination and changes to these terms

If there is unlawful use, subscription resale or sharing, account misuse, a system attack or similar conduct, VPNBack may suspend the relevant access or terminate the account based on the risk. For security risks requiring immediate action, access may be suspended first, with the reason explained afterward. Users may submit an explanation through a ticket and request a review. Suspension or termination does not affect the right to request a refund or other remedy under applicable law.

When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Important changes to billing, benefits or conditions of use will be announced on the site or in the user panel. New rules will not retroactively reduce benefits already in effect for existing orders. If you disagree with an important change, you may stop using the service and ask through a ticket how it affects your existing subscription. See the Privacy Policy for information about the handling of personal data.
